Your health, your questions.
FAQ’s
I’m not an “athlete”, is this still for me?
Absolutely! I have worked with all ages from 15 to 87. Activities ranging from new moms, to those recovering from surgery, to retirees working on balance to body builders completing their first competition. No matter your season, your obstacle: your body is designed to move and we can optimize that movement no matter what it looks/feels like today.
Do you only work at the listed locations?
To optimize the mobile aspect of my clinic, I keep my equipment to a minimum and hope to reach those who may require/desire services in their functional space. Whether that be your home, gym, or workspace-fill out the “contact us” form below to determine how we can work together to get you InMotion!
I’m confused, do you train or do treatments?
Both! The body and mind need education and training. Without educating your body through movement or manual therapy, it is very difficult to train effectively. My systematic approach utilizes current health science with body analysis to optimize our time to accomplish your goals.
What if I get hurt outside of training and can't continue?
All training has its ups and downs and I prioritize quality over quantity for all of my clients. Starting new movements and exposing your body to new elements can be challenging and it may need some manual assistance to get free again. My manual therapy sessions are charged through a separate payment system and one-time sessions may be the most beneficial to optimize your personal training journey and get you back on track. This element is what makes InMotion different than any other training service out there.
I work form home, a long ways away...
Perfect! You are who I want to talk with! You shouldn’t feel isolated or defeated to reach your goals. Sometimes remote work is effective, others thrive with me coming to a location near you. Let’s chat and see what plan works best for you.
